RESERVE YOUR WEDDING DATE
Secure a date for your wedding day by signing a contract and paying a non-refundable 50% deposit due at the same time of signing that goes toward the total cost of your makeup service. All brides are highly recommended to book ahead of time due to a first come, first serve basis.
Once you submit your bridal makeup inquiry form and request a reserved date..a deposit invoice and service agreement contract is sent over for you to review & sign.

PREPARING FOR BRIDAL MAKEUP
Please prepare and plan accordingly for your makeup services by Vanessa ahead of time. Communication regarding makeup services and a scheduled time frame for the day is required to ensure your wedding day goes stress-free and perfect.
All persons involved in makeup appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of booking in order to not break the contract. All makeovers for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between). Any additional makeup needs outside of contract, will only be performed at the discretion of Vanessa.

A “set up” table or work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at the determined location. Natural light is preferable, however VG Makeup Artistry will provide its own lighting with a ring light.

Each person receiving makeup should come with a fresh, clean bare face free of any makeup.

Bride makeup: 1 hour and 30 minutes
Bridal Guest makeup: 45 minutes-1 hour
TRAVEL/PARKING FEES
Where parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, the amount will be included with the final bill and due for payment on the day of the event. Travel fee rates vary based on location.

All cost for travel to a booked event or wedding are to be paid by the client. Cost may include but not limited to: airfare (no spirit or frontier airline tickets), hotel reservation (no motel bookings permitted), transportation (Uber,Lyft, Taxi, etc.) and parking.
NO BUDDY PASSES/ STAND BY PLANE TICKETS ARE ALLOWED FOR BOOKING OUT OF STATE BRIDAL MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS.
